Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- reliable transportation required
- valid driver’s license preferred
- ability to work independently
- willingness to serve seniors with compassion
- previous experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care beneficial
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) required
- prior experience in senior care preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- compassion for elderly clients
- experience with Alzheimer’s or dementia care a plus
Job Duties
- Provide companionship and non-medical support to seniors in their homes
- assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers
- provide medication reminders
- complete light housekeeping duties and meal preparation
- perform grocery shopping
- provide transportation to errands and doctor’s appointments
