Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, relay the customer to the appropriate party or department
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
