Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, relay the customer to the appropriate party or department
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
