Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- available to work flexible hours and Saturdays
- previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- proficiency in online communication tools and CRM systems
- self-starter with strong time management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- clean driving record and valid driver's license
- ability to learn about various vehicle makes and models
- professional appearance

Job Duties
- Communicate with internet sales leads through phone calls, text messages, and emails and schedule in-person appointments for sales representatives
- nurture enriching relationships to build a clientele for life
- assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
- continuously develop knowledge about various vehicles and sales products
- keep detailed notes about interactions with customers and manage daily tasks
- create follow up plans for customers and maintain regular communication with them
- work well individually and with a team
- bring a positive attitude to work with you every single day
