Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years bartending and/or related food and beverage serving experience
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks, with specific knowledge of bourbon preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Capability to recognize and manage intoxicated or disruptive guests
- Commitment to uphold Four Seasons service standards

Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per guest orders of consistent quality following recipe cards, production, portion, and presentation standards
- Develop and maintain a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar including liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, specialty drinks, ensuring proper pouring, mixing, blending of drinks
- Complete daily requisitions, pick up, verify, and put away all liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, and food items used for the bar areas, keep bar fully stocked with all glassware, silverware, napkins, straws
- Maintain a complete working knowledge of food menu items and their ingredients and preparation, take orders and ensure proper service of all food items to bar guests
- Recognize and address potential intoxicated, disruptive or undesirable guests, involving management and/or security when necessary
