Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and handle items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Capable of performing active physical tasks during shifts

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance the overall experience
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Maintain a strong presence and work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe environment
