Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages where required by law
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Must be on feet for majority of the shift
- Ability to maintain composure in busy, popular environments
- Commitment to teamwork and a positive work environment
- Ability to adhere to safety and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience serving food and beverages in hospitality or entertainment settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
- Ability to handle physical demands including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect players with venue offerings and tailor recommendations
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service including taking orders accurately
- Maintain clean and organized bay areas by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- Collaborate with fellow playmakers to deliver seamless player experiences
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld consistently
- Embody and promote Topgolf's core values in daily activities
