Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect with players to understand their visit and recommend food, beverage, and gaming options
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service, take orders accurately and quickly
- Keep bay areas clean and organized, clear tables and refill drinks
- Maintain a strong presence on the service line and collaborate with team members
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe environment
- Embody Topgolf’s core values and deliver exceptional player experiences
