- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm

- actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit
- provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations
- take orders quickly and accurately
- keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- be readily available with a strong T-line presence
- work seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- assist with safety and sanitation standards
