Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Willingness to engage in active physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- Availability for day, night, and weekend shifts
- Must comply with safety and sanitation standards
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Experience serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and suggestive selling
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized during busy periods
Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect with players and share all Topgolf offerings
- Recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to players
- Take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized
- Maintain a strong presence on the T-line working with fellow Playmakers
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
- Resolve player concerns with a positive attitude
