Job Requirements
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Previous customer service experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol where required by law
- Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests to the bays providing information about Topgolf offerings
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas including clearing tables and picking up golf balls
- Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Demonstrate Topgolf's Core Values fun one team excellence edgy spirit and caring
- Comply with safety and health regulations at all times
