Job Requirements
- Be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment setting preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance experience and drive sales
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Work seamlessly with fellow playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment
