Job Requirements
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable standing for most of the shift
- Ability to engage in active physical tasks throughout the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- Flexible availability including day, night, and weekend shifts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to working in a team environment

Job Duties
- Welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- Connect the dots on why players are visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer
- Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their experience and drive sales
- Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations and take orders quickly and accurately
- Keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space
- Be readily available with a strong presence working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment
