Job Requirements
- must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law
- ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds
- comfortable standing and walking for most of the shift
- willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and carrying
- strong endurance to maintain pace in a high-volume working environment
- must comply with all safety and sanitation standards
- pass background checks as applicable
Job Qualifications

- previous experience serving food and beverages in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting

Job Duties
- welcome players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm
- connect the dots on why they’re visiting and share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer
- actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their experience and drive sales
- provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately
- keep bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables and refilling drinks
- maintain a welcoming space ensuring players have everything they need
- work seamlessly with fellow playmakers to deliver an unforgettable player experience
- assist with safety and sanitation standards to provide a safe and fun environment
