Job Qualifications
- Minimum age 18
- experience stocking and in customer service preferred
- experience working in a physically demanding job a plus
- forklift and power jack training provided upon hire
- understanding of Standard Operating Procedures and emergency procedures
- communication skills including reading and writing
- organization and time-management skills
- customer service skills and service mentality
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including heavy lifting
- ability to think on your feet and work with agility

Job Duties
- Stocks shelves, refills displays
- loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
- conditions shelves and products
- learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail, such as rotation dates and shelf/label information
- keeps department clean and well-organized including back room and shelves
- applies personal discipline to ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures and leader direction
- ensures federal, state, and company regulations for product food safety and sanitation are met
- works efficiently with a team attitude and complies with productivity standards
- takes constructive feedback and applies learning to future tasks
- may coach and train other stockers
- operates with a team mindset and works cross-functionally within the store
- learns and models customer service and hospitality
- assists customers in locating products and answering product questions
