- willingness to work overnight hours
- ability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 100 lbs depending on department
- ability to follow standard operating procedures and regulations

- forklift and power jack training provided upon hire

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous stocking and customer service experience preferred
- ability to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills including reading and writing
- ability to perform repetitive physical tasks including heavy lifting
- good organizational and time-management skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- adaptability to unexpected changes
- team-oriented mindset
- understanding of SOPs and safety procedures
- basic knowledge of product rotation and shelf labeling
Job Duties
- Stocks shelves and refills displays
- loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products
- conditions shelves and products
- learns and applies product knowledge with attention to detail
- keeps department clean and well-organized
- applies personal discipline to ensure compliance with SOPs and leader direction
- ensures federal, state, and company regulations for product safety and sanitation are met
- works efficiently with a team attitude and maintains productivity standards
- takes constructive feedback and applies learning
- may coach and train other Stockers
- operates with a team mindset and builds relationships across departments
- models customer service and hospitality
- assists customers with product location and inquiries
