Job Requirements

- CPR certified
- Flexible to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as stooping, kneeling, crouching when needed
- Ability to communicate effectively in a moderate noise environment

- At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred
- Food safety certification if applicable

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- Check members in by verifying their membership
- Ensure all guests complete guest registration waiver and pay applicable fees
- Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests
- Provide information on club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, and communication
- Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead information
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Manage and balance cash drawer each shift
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Create and serve food and beverage items
- Promote daily specials and encourage upgrades
- Maintain clean and safe work environment according to food safety standards
- Greet members and guests at pool area and act as host
- Assist with food and drink service on pool deck
- Offer seating and provide tours of pool deck amenities
- Communicate and book appointments for programs and events
- Maintain refreshment stations on pool deck
- Provide towels and assist with towel operation
- Warmly greet members in parking garage
- Audit cars parked when necessary
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels throughout club
- Perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
- Assist with laundry functions including towels
- Communicate timely and follow up appropriately
- Participate in required events, meetings, and trainings
- Maintain flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
