Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of relevant hospitality or service experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Food Safety certification if handling food
- Responsible Beverage Service certification if serving alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- effective oral and written communication skills
- ability to use computer software including Microsoft Outlook
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
- commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work environment
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in the hospitality industry or related service position preferred

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- check members in by verifying their membership
- ensure all guests complete a guest registration waiver and pay applicable fees
- book appointments, program, and class reservations
- provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates
- represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and follow-up
- operate cash register and process payments
- manage and balance cash drawer each shift
- perform opening and closing duties
- answer and transfer phone calls
- create and serve food and beverage items
- promote daily specials and encourage order upgrades
- maintain clean, safe work environment according to food safety standards
- greet and host members at designated areas or events
- support food and beverage service on pool deck
- offer seating and provide tours of amenities
- maintain refreshment stations and assist with towel operations
- warm greet members in parking garage
- audit vehicles parked as needed
- maintain cleanliness in sports desk, locker rooms, lobby, fitness areas, pool deck, and surrounding areas
- perform detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance
- replenish inventory and janitorial supplies
- assist with laundry functions including collecting, washing, drying, and folding towels
- communicate timely and follow up appropriately
- actively participate in events, programs, meetings, and trainings
- maintain flexibility for day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
