Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position
- Food safety certification if applicable
- CPR certification
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of company policies
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate information in writing
- Ability to understand and communicate orally
- Ability to utilize club software and email programs such as Microsoft Outlook
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or related service position preferred
- Food safety certification if applicable

- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- Self-motivated with initiative and willingness to learn
- Well organized and detail oriented

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival
- Check members in by verifying membership
- Ensure all guests complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay applicable fees
- Book appointments, program, and class reservations
- Provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and follow-up
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Manage and balance cash drawer
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Create and serve food and beverage items
- Promote daily specials and upgrades
- Maintain a clean, safe environment according to food safety standards
- Greet members at pool area and act as host
- Offer seating and provide tours of amenities
- Refill water and stock supplies
- Provide towels and assist with towel operations
- Warmly greet members in parking garage
- Audit vehicles parked as needed
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness and stock levels
- Perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance tasks
- Restock vanity supplies and janitorial products
- Collect, wash, dry, and fold towels
- Communicate timely and actively participate in events and trainings
