Job Requirements
- Knowledge of company policies

- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred
- Food safety certified if applicable
- Professional and friendly customer service attitude
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

- Self-motivated and initiative-taking
- Well organized and detail oriented
- CPR certified
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- Check members in by verifying their membership
- Ensure all guests complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay applicable fees
- Book appointments and reservations for members and guests
- Provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates
- Represent the club professionally through image, communication, and follow-up
- Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Manage and balance cash drawer each shift
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Create and serve food and beverage items (if applicable)
- Promote daily specials and encourage upgrades (if applicable)
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment according to food safety standards
- Greet members and guests in pool area and act as host
- Work with food and beverage team to support service and event setup in pool area
- Offer seating and tours of pool deck amenities
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels throughout club areas
- Assist with laundry functions including collecting, washing, drying, and folding towels
- Communicate timely and follow up appropriately
- Participate in events, programs, meetings, and trainings
- Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
