Job Requirements

- One year experience in hospitality or related position preferred
- Food safety certification if applicable
- Professional and friendly customer service attitude

- Well organized and detail oriented
- CPR certified
- Able to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Able to perform physical cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Flexible to work day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred
- Food safety certified if applicable
- Professional, friendly manner with excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- Check members in by verifying their membership
- Ensure all guests complete a guest registration waiver and pay applicable fees
- Book appointments, program, and class reservations
- Provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service experience with a goal of retaining guests
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and follow-up
- Operate cash register and process payments
- Manage cash and balance cash drawer
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls
- Create and serve food and beverage items
- Promote daily specials and upgrades
- Maintain clean and safe work environment per food safety standards
- Greet and assist guests in designated areas
- Work with F&B team to provide food and drinks
- Maintain refreshment stations and towel operations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and stock levels throughout the club
- Perform detail cleaning and preventive maintenance
- Assist with laundry functions
- Communicate timely and participate in events, programs, meetings, and trainings
- Flexibility in work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
