Job Requirements
- Knowledge of company policies
- Ability to read, understand and communicate effectively in writing
- Ability to understand and communicate orally
- Computer skills including club software and email programs like Microsoft Outlook
- At least one year experience in hospitality or related service position preferred
- Food safety certification if applicable
- Professional and friendly with excellent customer service skills
- Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, and dependable team player
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Well organized and detail oriented
- CPR certified

Job Duties
- Greet members and guests upon arrival to the club
- Check members in by verifying their membership
- Ensure all guests fully complete a guest registration waiver and pay any applicable fees
- Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests
- Provide information regarding club programming and facilities
- Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and associates
- Represent the club professionally through image, dress, communication, and timely follow through
- Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information
