Job Requirements

  • 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Bonus points with a bachelor's degree or experience leading a team of others

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent culinary education preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in full-service or casual dining kitchen roles
  • Proven leadership skills with experience supervising a kitchen team
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for culinary creativity and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks effectively
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  • Support menu planning and development with innovative ideas
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor kitchen team members to foster a collaborative environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
