  • 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • lead and mentor kitchen staff fostering a team-oriented environment
  • collaborate with executive chef on menu planning and food preparation standards
  • maintain health, safety, and sanitation compliance in the kitchen
  • manage inventory and order supplies to optimize stock levels
  • enforce company policies and procedures in the kitchen
  • assist with staff scheduling and training
