- 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
- Bachelor's degree or experience leading a team preferred
- Servant, selfless leader with a passion for people and serving others
- Championship mindset focused on excellence for team and guests

Job Duties
- Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure guest satisfaction
- Oversee team performance and provide coaching and development
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to drive efficiency
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Promote a positive work environment and uphold company culture
