  • 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • bachelor's degree or experience leading a team (bonus points)

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • minimum 3 years of full service or casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
  • lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • develop and implement effective staff training and development programs
  • monitor financial performance and control costs
  • foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
  • communicate directly with ownership and upper leadership
