Job Requirements

  • 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • bonus points with a bachelor’s degree or experience leading a team of others

Job Duties

  • Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
  • manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals
  • oversee staff training, development, and scheduling
  • implement and maintain operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • communicate effectively with ownership and upper management to align on goals and strategies
  • manage inventory control and cost management
  • create an engaging and positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee retention
