- 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Lead daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences
- manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance goals
- oversee staff training, development, and scheduling
- implement and maintain operational standards and compliance with health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with ownership and upper management to align on goals and strategies
- manage inventory control and cost management
- create an engaging and positive work environment that fosters teamwork and employee retention
