Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and nights
- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen duties
- reliable transportation to and from work
- strong attention to detail
- ability to follow instructions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- culinary training or certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and quality specifications
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- assist in prepping ingredients and supplies for daily operations
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
