Job Requirements

  • 3+ years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or experience leading a team preferred
  • Servant leadership mindset with passion for people and serving others
  • Championship mindset focused on excellence
  • Ability to work full-time in-person
  • Willingness to embrace a 4-day work week
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years full-service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Passion for servant leadership and delivering exceptional guest service
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage all restaurant operations to deliver a legendary guest experience
  • Develop, coach, and mentor management and team members
  • Maintain financial controls including budgeting, cost management, and revenue growth
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Communicate effectively with ownership and upper leadership
  • Implement and uphold restaurant systems and procedures
  • Drive employee engagement and foster a positive team culture
