Job Requirements

  • Three plus years full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or experience leading a team of others
  • Servant, selfless leaders with a passion for people and serving others
  • Must have a championship mindset and is always looking to be the best they can be for their team and guests
  • Ability to work full-time in person

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of full-service or casual dining restaurant management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience leading teams preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership mindset
  • Proven ability to drive results and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with operational systems and team development

Job Duties
