Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils promptly and thoroughly
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dishwashing area
- support kitchen staff by ensuring adequate supply of clean dishes and equipment
- operate dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
- assist with general kitchen cleanup as needed
- follow all health and safety regulations
- communicate effectively with team members to maintain workflow
