Job Requirements

- ability to work flexible shifts including day, evening, morning, and night
- capacity to stand for extended periods
- physical ability to lift heavy pots and pans

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a dishwasher or kitchen helper role is advantageous
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- good physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- team player with good communication skills
- basic understanding of cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwasher or by hand
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and utensil areas
- remove trash and waste from the kitchen
- organize and store clean dishes and kitchen utensils
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- follow health and safety regulations
- support team efforts to maintain a positive restaurant environment
