Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, mornings, and nights

Job Duties

  • Monitor inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
