- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in food service

Job Duties
- Lead kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Manage and mentor culinary staff fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain cost-effective kitchen operations
- Develop and implement menus aligned with the restaurant's brand and customer preferences
- Maintain health and safety standards in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze food costs and labor to meet budget goals
