Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in full service or casual dining restaurant management
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations
  • Experience in menu planning and inventory control
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff and management
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead kitchen operations and oversee food preparation
  • Manage and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and implement menu items and specials
  • Monitor inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • Collaborate with front-of-house management to enhance guest experience
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
