Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of full service or casual dining restaurant management experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high standards
- Develop and implement kitchen processes and procedures aligned with company expectations
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service
- Manage inventory and control food costs to maximize profitability
- Participate in menu planning and innovation to enhance customer satisfaction
