Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in cashier or host/hostess roles is preferred but not required
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • availability to work day and/or night shifts
  • excellent communication and customer service skills
  • basic math proficiency for processing transactions
  • ability to work in a team-oriented environment

  • previous experience in a cashier or host/hostess role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • accurately process customer orders and handle cash or credit transactions
  • manage the host stand including seating arrangements and waitlist management
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
  • assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously
  • support team members during high-volume periods by collaborating effectively
  • contribute to creating a positive restaurant culture and customer experience
