- previous experience in cashier or host/hostess roles is preferred but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work day and/or night shifts
- excellent communication and customer service skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- accurately process customer orders and handle cash or credit transactions
- manage the host stand including seating arrangements and waitlist management
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- assist in resolving customer inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously
- support team members during high-volume periods by collaborating effectively
- contribute to creating a positive restaurant culture and customer experience
