Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation
- knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
- compliance with local/state alcohol service certification requirements
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation, preferably in high-volume settings
- strong knowledge of mixology, flavor profiles, and batching methods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
- must meet local/state requirements for alcohol service certification
Job Duties
- Prepare and batch cocktails according to established recipes and event requirements
- ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
- maintain an organized and sanitary work area following all health and safety guidelines
- manage inventory of ingredients and supplies and communicate shortages promptly
- work closely with supervisors and bar staff to ensure smooth beverage service during events
- comply with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in large-volume cocktail preparation
