Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation
  • knowledge of beverage recipes and mixology techniques
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
  • compliance with local/state alcohol service certification requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in bartending or beverage preparation, preferably in high-volume settings
  • strong knowledge of mixology, flavor profiles, and batching methods
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • must meet local/state requirements for alcohol service certification

Job Duties

  • Prepare and batch cocktails according to established recipes and event requirements
  • ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation of beverages
  • maintain an organized and sanitary work area following all health and safety guidelines
  • manage inventory of ingredients and supplies and communicate shortages promptly
  • work closely with supervisors and bar staff to ensure smooth beverage service during events
  • comply with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
  • maintain high standards of quality and efficiency in large-volume cocktail preparation
