Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing or food and beverage production preferred
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations related to mixing and batching
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
- Physical ability to meet lifting requirements up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Willingness to complete required Safety, Food Safety, and GMP training
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Reliable and committed work ethic
Job Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations accurately
- Knowledge of FDA and GMP standards is an advantage

- Physical capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
Job Duties
- Mixes beverage concentrate and other ingredients to produce syrup by following established recipes and procedures
- Makes mathematical calculation to adjust recipe amounts based on batch size to meet quality standards
- Cleans, sanitizes, and operates the batch room and equipment in compliance with FDA and GMP standards
- Evaluates prepared syrup as to texture, appearance, flavor, and other specified standards
- Records ingredient amounts, coding data and other information on batch sheets and syrup room documentation
- Receives and secures inventory
- Manages syrup inventory to ensure optimal ingredient use according to code dates
- Samples shipments to verify weights, measures, coding data, and product control
- Wears and utilizes appropriate safety equipment
- Completes all required Safety, Food Safety, and GMP training
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors
