Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 3-5 years of related manufacturing experience
  • 1-2 years supervisory or team lead experience
  • hands-on chemical blending experience preferred
  • forklift operation certification or experience
  • ability to lift 50-100 lbs with assistance
  • ability to wear personal protective equipment
  • knowledge of safety compliance
  • tolerance of various chemical odors
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • customer service and teamwork skills
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • ability to perform housekeeping duties and follow company policies

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in specialty chemicals, food processing, pharmaceutical, or organic industries preferred
  • previous manufacturing environment experience required
  • minimum 1-2 years of lead, supervisory, or training role experience
  • hands-on experience with liquid chemical blending and granular or tablet manufacturing preferred
  • ability to work within an accredited quality environment such as Lean Manufacturing or ISO
  • experience with batch processing is a plus
  • forklift operation experience required
  • advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • ability to physically handle up to 50-100 lbs with assistance
  • High School diploma or GED
  • proficient English communication skills
  • ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

Job Duties

  • Mix and measure ingredients accurately
  • run and maintain related equipment
  • keep work areas clean and safe
  • assist with product shipping and inventory control
  • report production numbers and assist customers
  • supervise and guide manufacturing teams across shifts
  • ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • manage production schedules and coordinate maintenance
  • develop and implement manufacturing documentation
  • monitor and drive continuous improvement metrics
