Job Requirements

Age 16 years and older
Must pass a drug test
Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand and walk up to 10 hours daily
Ability to lift regularly up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 55 lbs
Ability to climb ladders and step stools
Ability to perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling and repetitive lifting

Job Qualifications

Ability to engage customers in a friendly and positive manner
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Ability to operate a POS system
Good communication skills
Ability to follow health and safety standards
Experience in customer service or food service is beneficial

Job Duties

Provide customer engagement in positive and approachable manner
Greet guests
Scoop ice cream cones and cups
Present a clean and attractive store to every guest
Hand-pack ice cream
Fulfill all orders including special orders, preparing fountain items and other basic dessert duties as assigned
Keep store clean and sanitary, especially the kitchen and dining area
Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system
Perform other duties as assigned
