Job Requirements
- Minimum age to serve alcohol
- current food handler's card required within 30 days of hire
- RBS - alcohol training certification required within 30 days of hire
- one year experience in foodservice or hospitality industry preferred
- good knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine
- superior professional appearance and manner
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- experience at a luxury hospitality property preferred

- good character to work in a fast-paced team
- ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation
- service of the bar area and the restaurant in an efficient and timely manner
- relate with guests about needs and satisfaction with beverages
- ensure consistently caring and high-quality service
- possess knowledge of drink offerings and assist guests in choosing beverages
- comply with Stanly Ranch and Forbes standards for bar and restaurant outlets
- contribute to improving food and beverage sales by promoting menu items and specials
- accurately take and place orders using the Micros system
- prepare guest checks and collect payment or signatures
- operate, maintain and clean all bar equipment
- ensure the bar is well-stocked
- use safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment
- seasonal position ending around November 2026
