Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be 21 years of age for positions serving alcohol
- Ability to stand, sit, lift up to 50 pounds, push, keyboard, use telephone, walk and bend for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a deli or food preparation setting preferred

Job Duties
- Preparing deli menu items to deli or company recipes and specifications
- The preparation and cooking of deli menu items including fried chicken, fried foods, roasted chickens, salads prepared on premise, sandwiches, and ready to eat meal items
- Proportioning and plating deli menu items
- Actively working with the deli team lead to improve product offerings
- Monitoring and understanding the importance of product pricing and signage
- Keeping a clean, neat and orderly sales counter, work production and work storage areas
- Rotating deli product ingredients to ensure product quality and safety
- Merchandising, slicing and weighing prepared deli meats and cheeses
- Taking customer orders, ensuring orders are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction
- All other related duties as assigned
