Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age
- must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- endorsement from current leader required for internal transfers, promotions, or rehires
- approval from HR business partner required for rehires
- willingness to accept part-time position if full-time is not available
Job Qualifications
- friendly and responsible individual
- ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service skills
- capability to operate cash registers accurately
- basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
- communication skills for assisting customers
Job Duties
- operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
- assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
- assisting with stocking shelves, facing, cleaning and dusting as needed
- maintaining safety and sanitation standards throughout the store
- performing all other related duties as assigned
