Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must be 21 years of age for any position that serves alcohol
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and stock up to 50 pounds
- capable of using baking and decorating tools
- able to work in a fast-paced setting
- recommended by current leader for internal transfers or promotions
- rehire candidates must be approved by HRBP
Job Qualifications

- experience in cake decorating or bakery preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent customer service skills
- basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation
- physical ability to perform job duties including lifting up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags and icing tips per customer order or at decorators' discretion
- providing memorable customer service during daily customer interactions
- preparation of food including baking bread, decorating cookies, creating fresh offerings
- sharing food knowledge with customers
- cleaning, food safety, safety, and sanitation
- day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
- stocking, rotating, and merchandising department products
- performing all other related duties as assigned
