Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and stock up to 50 lbs
Must adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Must have good manual dexterity
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Experience in cake decorating or bakery production
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and creativity in cake design
Good communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Icing sheet cakes and decorating with spatulas, icing bags and icing tips per customer order or at decorators' discretion
Providing memorable customer service during daily customer interactions
Preparation of food, including baking bread, decorating cookies, creating fresh offerings
Sharing food knowledge with customers
Cleaning, food safety, safety, and sanitation
Day to day production, merchandising, and quality control of all department offerings
Stocking, rotating, and merchandising department products
All other related duties as assigned
