Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Legal age to serve alcohol
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays
Good physical stamina
Attention to detail and cleanliness

Job Qualifications

Previous bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Basic math skills for handling cash and credit transactions

Job Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere ensuring their needs are met
Understand and adhere to state federal and corporate liquor regulations especially those relating to serving alcohol responsibly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times
Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service
