Job Requirements
- Must be physically mobile
- Ability to lift or carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to reach above and below shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop, and twist
- Able to work in constricted areas
- Must pass background check
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand and work for 8 to 10 hour shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bartending experience
- Ability to operate cash register and handle cash
- Strong mathematical abilities including addition and subtraction
- Skilled in mixing drinks according to recipes
- Ability to work in constricted areas
- Capability to stand and walk for long shifts
- Flexibility and dexterity with hands and fingers
Job Duties
- Provide wine, liquor, and related bar service to guests
- Mix drinks according to prescribed recipes
- Keep bar station stocked with liquor, glasses, and accessories
- Account for all beginning cash register bank, cash, coupons, and receipts
- Maintain integrity of financial controls and responsibilities
- Adhere to guest service requirements
- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure excellent service
