- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items, such as kegs or cases of alcohol

- Professional and neat personal appearance

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Create new and exciting drink recipes and adapt to customer preferences
- Suggestive selling to increase sales such as recommending premium liquors or special cocktails
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take and process drink orders from customers
- Engage with patrons providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu
- Handle multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Keep the bar area clean and well-organized at all times
- Regularly clean and sanitize glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Handle customer tabs and payments responsibly
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by identifying and addressing overconsumption
- Monitor and restock the bar with supplies including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages
- Follow all local and state alcohol regulations including checking IDs and not serving underage or intoxicated customers
