Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Suggestive selling to increase sales by recommending premium liquors or special cocktails
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking and processing drink orders from customers and providing recommendations
- Handling multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment regularly
- Processing payments and handling cash responsibly
- Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Restocking bar supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Complying with local and state alcohol regulations
