Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of food menu, drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items such as kegs or cases of alcohol
- Positive, outgoing, friendly attitude
- Professional and neat personal appearance
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Job Duties
- Mixing and serving drinks including cocktails, beer, and wine
- Creating innovative drink recipes and adapting to customer preferences
- Upselling drinks to increase sales by recommending premium liquors and special cocktails
- Greeting customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Taking and processing drink orders accurately
- Engaging with patrons by providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Multitasking to handle multiple drink orders and customer requests simultaneously
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Regularly cleaning and sanitizing glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Processing payments and handling cash responsibly
- Monitoring alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
- Stocking and managing inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware
- Reporting stock shortages
- Complying with all local and state alcohol regulations including checking IDs and preventing service to underage or intoxicated customers
